On-line coaching has never been this accesible, before

At Foultips.Run we passionately believe that a running coach needs to go beyond prescribing daily mileage. If that is all you are looking for, any cookie-cutter plan downloaded from a generic website will satisfy of your needs. On the other hand, if you are looking to improve your running with a personalized, dynamic training plan, you’ve found what you were looking for. Whether you want to train as an individual, a pair, or as a small or large group, we have your solution.

If you are interested in starting as a runner, improving from where you are, or you want to set a bold racing goal, Foultips.Run will set up the program that will fit your needs, lifestyle, and budget. We are open to anyone regardless of speed, distance, goal, or level of expertise.

We cater to the running needs of individuals, couples, and groups. Both in-person and online. These are our options:

Virtual Training

With the multiple and accessible tools that basic technology has put in our hands, Foultips.Run can train you regardless of your location. All you need is an email address and a smartphone. Tools such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Zoom, Strava, and FinalSurge, give you all the access you need both to your training plan and your coach as if you were dealing with him face-to-face. We work with runners from all over the world.

In Person Training

If you are located within the South Florida area, Foultips.Run head coach can make arrangements to have running clinics and/or in-person training sessions both for individuals and groups. We also work with coaches in other locations, so we may be able to accommodate you with an in-person experience if you are outside our area.

By Numbers of Runners

A – Individual Running Plans: Personalized and dynamic programs for individuals are specially designed after a thorough onboarding interview and are constantly adjusted to reflect the progress and normal setbacks each runner may experience. From getting off the couch, completing your first 5K, or qualifying for your first Boston Marathon and beyond, the sky is the limit as long as you are willing to put in the work.

B – Couples Program: At Foultips.Run we acknowledge you may want to work towards your goal with your spouse or with your running buddy/partner, and thus, have established a “couples’ program”. We design one program where two people work together towards the same goal. There is a discount on the base price for this program.

C – Groups/teams: Sometimes you need guidance for a small group (3-10 runners), sometimes you need assistance for a larger group (11+ runners). At Foultips.Run we can accommodate both, either in person or online. You may want to train with your friends to complete your first marathon or get your entire office off the couch on a team-building exercise where they can all complete a 5K or set up a monthly distance challenge. Let’s build the right program for your team.
